Sunshine, your resident mostly-archangel here again with an update on the affairs of Chicago. As you might have heard, the girl who was attacked by the CLF recently took her own life. This is not acceptable. She was a sweet girl who understood more than most people I know about souls and about living life. It is not acceptable that we should have to live in fear, in the shadows, hoping that we won't be noticed.

We should be able to live as who we are, inside, outside, honestly.

I believe that Kaden Fuchizaki will be arranging a memorial service, but on top of that, I would like to set up a candlelight vigil. Now, I'm not an idiot. I know that this is going to leak to the CLF and it's going to be dangerous as fuck.

I don't care. The more we hide from the CLF the more they win. Now, I was born an archangel, so I am going to be supplying protection during the ceremony. I'd like more natives to offer their services. Wanderers, you shouldn't have to offer your protections. If you want to, I can't stop you, but we need a chance for Chicago to stand up for those who aren't native.

On the Barnam side of things, they've got a First who's itching to come to Chicago and sort shit out. Now, with the CLF here, I think we're almost avoiding that. The CLF is keeping Chicago in enough of a state of chaos that they can let things be on their own and focus on other areas. Barnam takeover of Chicago is also not acceptable, but we can talk more about that when the time comes.

There is a Barnam who visits regularly. His name is Francis. You cannot trust him or anything you say to him. Even if you feel his intentions are good, in the end his loyalty will lie with the family's. He's a Barnam. That's how they work.

Locks are a beautiful part of the journal network that allows us to keep ourselves from exposing our asses to lashings from groups such as the CLF and archangel pricks (read: Barnams ... and most other archangels, not gonna lie).

Now, how do we go about making our identities and our motives safe and secret? Because you know, loose lips sink ships or some shit. I wasn't born when they came up with that propaganda bullshit. Anyway.

So I'm a sneaky snooper when it comes to some people, and I'm pretty sure that one person named Jack Harkness has his hands on one person named Iris Fortner.

This is very important to me because I'm concerned after her spiritual health and wellbeing. If I could speak to her, it would be greatly appreciated.

Some shit went down and it looks like I'm not going to be let back into my house because my landlord is a fucking asshole (literally) and my pool hustling money isn't enough to cover rent. And like fuck I'm going to get a legit job, so I was thinking I'd go back to working the streets, but with the assholes out there, there's no way I'd work without a pimp. Just not safe.

I tried to look through my connections, but none of them want to even mess around with me because I'm too alternative or some bullshit. There was so a market for my ass in California, so I've gotta assume there's one here, and I just haven't found the right guy to take care of me yet.

So if anyone has any connections they can toss at me or ... I don't know why anyone would fucking bother helping a stranger out, but well, I can't live in a lot of the Supernatural buildings and shit. But anyway. Whatever. If anyone has any info they can toss my way, it'd be greatly appreciated.
